St. George Catholic School Pizza Program Fundraiser

The Pizza Lunch program runs every Thursday throughout the school year.

Pizza is supplied by Domino’s Pizza in Hintonburg and all net proceeds will go towards supporting various initiatives at St. George School.

The program is run by the St. George Parent Council and parent volunteers.

*Note on Gluten-Free Pizza : The gluten-free option is made with Domino’s Gluten Free Crust, which is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Additionally, there is the risk of cross contamination during delivery and distribution. While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that the pizza is completely gluten-free. 

We ask that all accounts be paid in full by March 23, 2026. If you pay in installments, or require more time or assistance, we are happy to help! Please reach out to the Pizza Coordinator or contact the school directly. Reminders for outstanding balances will be sent after March 23rd.

Pizza in 4 easy steps: 

1. REGISTER 

• Click “REGISTER” at the top of the page

• The Access Code is SGC

• If you already have an account, login and proceed to step 2.

2. ADD STUDENT(S)

• Click “PROFILE” → “ADD STUDENTS”

• Kinder students - please select the correct class (Kinder A/B/C)

• Grades 4 to 6 students - please select your child’s morning teacher as this is the classroom that they eat lunch in. 

• When completed, click  “INSERT”

• To add additional students under your account, click “ADD NEW” 

3. ORDER PIZZA

• For each student, select the quantity and type of pizza they would like for each pizza lunch day

• You can order pizza up until the end of the current session

• When you are done, click “UPDATE ORDER & PROCEED” 

4. PAYMENT

• If you would like to pay by credit card, you may do so via the Hot Lunches site (please note that transaction fees will apply)

• Cash and cheque payments can be made as well (please see FAQ) 

  
  

FAQ

1. What is the access code to register? 

• The Access Code is SGC

2. I had an account last year, why do I need to register again? 

• At the beginning of each school year we do a system re-set, so all parents must re-register, even if you previously had an account. 

3. What payment methods do you take?  

• You can pay by credit card, cash or cheque

• Credit card (Amex, Mastercard, Visa) will be through the Hot Lunches Site

4. What is the Bambora Transaction Fee?

• Credit card payments are processed through Bambora. Bambora charges $0.25 per credit card transaction + 2.8% of the total in fees, which is automatically added to your total. 

5. How do I pay by cash or cheque? 

• Print the Remittance Page from the Hot Lunches site and send that along with the cash or cheque in an envelope marked “Hot Lunch”

• Cheques should be made out to “St. George School Council” 

• Please notify the Pizza Coordinator at stgeorgepayment@gmail.com if you are paying by cash or cheque so we may manually post the transaction. 

• Any fees for cheques returned due to NSF will be charged to the student’s Hot Lunch account.

6. When do I need to pay for my pizza order? 

• You will have the option to make a payment on Hot Lunches once you have saved your order, or you can log back in at a more convenient time to do so. 

• We are asking for all accounts to be paid by March 23, 2026.

7. What if my child is absent on pizza lunch day? 

• Pizza will not be saved if your child misses school. 

8. Can I change my order if I have already paid? 

• Yes! You can change future orders on the Hot Lunches site. 

• Orders must be placed or updated by Sunday for the upcoming week. 

• Additional charges or credits as a result of order updates will be reflected in your Hot Lunches account.

9. I’m a Kinder parent and I’m not sure which class my child is in! 

• There are three kindergarten classes at St. George this year. Please contact the school to confirm your child’s class if you are unsure. (Kinder A, B and C)

10. I’d like to volunteer! How can I help? 

• If you are interested in volunteering at the school on Pizza Lunch Thursdays, please indicate your interest via the checkbox on the Hot Lunches online order for each day you are available. Or, reach out to us at stgeorgepayment@gmail.com.

• To ensure student safety, volunteers must be on the OCSB approved list of volunteers. The process to complete the volunteer application and obtain the required police checks is available here.
